Who can buy from British Bridal Wholesale?

British Bridal Wholesale is a B2B supplier, so we work exclusively with established and approved bridal boutiques and professional bridal retailers.

We welcome:

Independent bridal boutiques
Multi-store bridal businesses
Established bridal retailers
New bridal boutiques preparing to open
International bridal retailers

We carefully review every registration to ensure our stockist network remains strong and that our Dress Exclusivity promise can be maintained.

Who don't we sell to?

To protect our stockists and their exclusivity, we do not supply:

Online-only bridal businesses without a physical bridal showroom
Private individuals buying for personal use
Brides or retail customers
Businesses purchasing gowns for resale outside an approved bridal retail environment
Unapproved third parties or marketplace

What are your delivery times?

We pride ourselves on offering a fast, reliable delivery service to get your gowns into your boutique as quickly as possible.

For in-stock gowns:

Order before 11am → your order will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

Order after 11am → your order will be dispatched for 48-hour delivery.

If your chosen gown is out of stock, you can still secure the style with a pre-order. Our standard pre-order lead time is approximately 20 weeks.

If you have a specific bridal deadline, we always recommend speaking to your sales manager before ordering, and we'll do everything we can to help.

We’ll provide you with the details of your nearest boutiques so you can get in touch and arrange your bridal appointment directly with them.

What is your exclusivity policy?

At British Bridal Wholesale, we believe in protecting the individuality of our stockists. That's why we offer Dress Exclusivity as part of our service.

We ensure that no other British Bridal stockist within a 10-mile radius will carry the same dress styles as you. This gives you the confidence to curate a distinctive collection for your brides, without the concern of another boutique nearby stocking the exact same designs.

As we do not operate a minimum order policy, our exclusivity policy is per dress.

Please note that variations of the same design are considered part of the same exclusive style. For example, a gown available with or without sleeves will fall under the same exclusivity, even where the gowns have different product codes.
